Cooking Instruction
To cook Jeera Phul Rice, use 2 cups water for 1 cup rice in a pressure cooker. Soak the rice for 15–20 minutes, cook on high for 2 whistles, then simmer for 5 minutes and let it cool naturally before opening. For open vessel cooking, use 3 cups water for 1 cup rice. Boil the water, add soaked rice, and cook on a slow flame until the rice is fully cooked. In a separate pan, heat ghee, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Mix the cooked rice with the cumin and ghee, fluff gently, and serve hot.
