But Bio Basics does not deliver your orders to your homes, it is our logistics partners who do.
Amazon, Delhivery and many other large companies.
Each of them 1000 times bigger than Bio Basics.
Some of them are Unicorns (in startup lingo).
Meaning they are valued at more a billion dollars!
And we have extremely limited leeway with any of these logistics companies .
So once your order leaves our premises, we are pretty much at their mercy!
Some of you think it is Bio Basics that delivers your packet at your home.
Some think we control how and when the deliveries happen.
Sadly, it is not under our control.
That is not us complaining, just the ground reality we need to be aware of.
To be fair to them, most of the time, they deliver on time.
But they face operational problems like most companies do.
Their employees also have Diwali! Absenteeism is high.
And normal operations are under strain.
Then there are the numerous deals that many brands offer, so online shopping booms during the festival season.
So the volume of deliveries goes through the roof!
Invariably, we have observed over the past several years, these logistics Companies are unable to deal with the rush.
So your orders get delayed.
There is not much anyone can do!
But you can help!
Here is what we suggest, instead of ordering in the first week of November this year, closer to Diwali,
see if you can place the order by Oct 31 , so there is enough time to get your organic goodies in time, well before Diwali.
And to encourage you to do so, here is a discount we are offering.
Use BBOCT10 for your purchases until Oct 31.
Normal delivery times will only resume after Nov 10th.
Hence this suggestion.
