1. Idli Podi aka molaga podi, gunpowder! Mix it with organic cold-pressed sesame oil, or coconut-oil, and goes beautifully with Idli, Dosai and Uthappam. A bit coarse to give you that bite.

2. Paruppu Podi aka Dal Powder combines dals to give you a smooth powder, best mixed with hot rice and ghee to start your meal. Relatively smooth and so it just blends with the rice.

3. Karivepalai Podi: Curry leaves with combination of dals. If you don't like to eat the curry leaves from your dishes, you could eat this with again hot rice and ghee. Make Karivepalai Rice (like Tamarind or Lemon Rice)

4. Peanut podi: Nutritious groundnuts in a spiced mix, goes as a nice side with a rice meal. We love it with steamed French beans!

5. Flax Seed podi: A superfood in an easy to use powder, full of all those Omegas people rave about!

6. Moringa Leaf Chutney podi: Yet another super food that can iron you up.

All these podis can be mixed with Rice and Ghee, sprinkle them on idlis or dosais. They can add color to the otherwise bland Millet Rices. They can be added to salads of any kind. And each of them can be made into a variety rice!
